RETURN PERIOD

Eligible products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

Before sending any product back, you must contact AN LUXURY WATCHES and obtain return authorisation and the appropriate return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the product must:

RETURN SHIPPING

Responsibility for the returned product remains with the customer until it has been safely received and acknowledged by AN LUXURY WATCHES.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received, it will be carefully inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any applicable deductions, promotional adjustments, or authorised return-related charges will be reflected in the final refund amount.

Original delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, and other associated costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return results from an error by AN LUXURY WATCHES.
