WE DO NOT PROVIDE FORMAL APPRAISALS
Any value discussed before physical inspection is an initial purchase estimate or potential offer range.
It is not a certified appraisal for insurance, replacement, probate, tax, financing, or legal purposes.
2. RECEIVE AN INITIAL OFFER RANGE
If your item meets our current purchasing criteria, a Client Advisor may contact you by telephone or email with an initial offer range or a request for additional information.
The initial range may include an estimated minimum and maximum purchase offer based on the information submitted.
The final offer may differ following physical inspection, testing, and authentication.
Due to the number of submissions received, we may only contact clients whose items match our current purchasing requirements.
3. ARRANGE SECURE DELIVERY OR AN APPOINTMENT
If you wish to continue after receiving the initial offer range, our team will provide instructions for secure delivery or arrange an in-person appointment.
Where confirmed in writing, AN LUXURY WATCHES may provide an approved insured courier label. The courier, insurance value, shipping conditions, and responsibility for related costs will be confirmed separately.
Please do not send an item before receiving written authorisation and shipping instructions.
All items sent by courier must be carefully protected and securely double-boxed to help prevent loss or damage.
4. PHYSICAL INSPECTION
Once received, the item will be carefully inspected by our watch, jewellery, or gemstone specialists, as appropriate.
The inspection may include:
- Authentication
- Condition assessment
- Functional testing
- Component inspection
- Gemstone examination
- Precious-metal verification
- Review of documentation and provenance
- Current market analysis
Inspection time depends on the type, quantity, condition, and complexity of the submitted items.
We generally aim to provide a final offer within 24 to 48 business hours after the initial inspection. Large collections, rare pieces, or items requiring additional testing may take longer.
5. REVIEW YOUR FINAL OFFER
After completing the inspection, we will contact you with our final purchase offer.
You are under no obligation to accept it.
If the item differs from the photographs or information originally provided, the final offer may be higher or lower than the initial estimate.
If you decline the offer or the item does not meet our purchasing requirements, we will arrange its secure return according to the shipping, insurance, and cost terms agreed with you.
6. COMPLETE THE SALE AND RECEIVE PAYMENT
If you accept the final offer, we will provide the required sale agreement and transaction documents.
For security, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention, you may be required to provide:
- Valid government-issued photographic identification
- Proof of address
- Proof of ownership
- Bank-account information
- Supporting purchase or provenance documents
- Any additional information reasonably required to complete the transaction
After the agreement has been signed and all required verification has been completed, payment will normally be initiated within one to two business days by approved bank transfer or another payment method agreed in writing.
For an approved in-person transaction, the payment arrangements will be confirmed before the sale is completed.
OWNERSHIP CONFIRMATION
By submitting an item to AN LUXURY WATCHES, you confirm that:
- You are its lawful owner or are legally authorised to sell it.
- The item is not stolen, pledged, financed, or subject to another person’s claim.
- All information and documents you provide are accurate.
- You have disclosed any known repairs, restoration, alterations, replacement components, or authenticity concerns.
We reserve the right to decline a submission or request further documentation where ownership, identity, authenticity, or compliance information cannot be satisfactorily verified.
